Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
Nothing. Come as you are. We will ask the questions. Your job is just to answer honestly. The less polished the better. The raw truth about what is happening is more useful than a tidy summary.
What if I am not sure which service I need?
That is fine and very common. Just describe the situation and we will figure out the right approach together. You can also take the quiz on the services page if you want a starting point before reaching out.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes, completely. No credit card, no invoice, no commitment. The call exists so both of us can figure out if there is a fit. If there is not, we will tell you and point you toward whoever might be more useful.
What time zones do you work across?
We are based in Kigali, Rwanda (EAT, UTC+3). We regularly work with clients in the Americas (EST, CST, PST), Europe (GMT, CET), and the Middle East (GST). The calendar booking tool shows availability that accounts for these time zones.
What if my business is very early stage?
We work best with businesses that are past initial validation and have a team of at least 5 people. If you are earlier than that, we will tell you honestly in the call and may suggest a lighter engagement or point you toward other resources.
Can I reach out on LinkedIn instead?
Yes. Dami is active on LinkedIn and responds to direct messages. That said, the form on this page gives us more context to come back to you with something actually useful. Both work.
