These terms apply to your use of kuwaadvisory.com. If you engage Kuwa Advisory for implementation work, the terms of that engagement are set out in a separate signed agreement, not on this page. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement governs.

This website

Everything on this site, including the products Zana, Lenda and Scalebar, is informational. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a contract. Scope and pricing are agreed after a discovery call, specific to your business. No standard packages are sold off this page.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate to the best of our knowledge, including the compliance information on our market pages (tax regimes, payroll rules and similar). Rules change. Confirm current requirements with your own advisor before relying on anything here for a filing or compliance decision.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, text, graphics and the Kuwa Advisory name and logo, belongs to Kuwa Advisory. You may read and share links to it. You may not copy it for your own commercial use without asking us first.

Links to other sites

This site links to Substack, LinkedIn, Instagram, and a shared calendar booking tool. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their own terms.
