Privacy Policy

Kuwa Advisory ("we", "us") is based in Kigali, Rwanda. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form on this site, your details are sent to us and stored in a private spreadsheet we use to track enquiries. We also get an email notification. We do not share this with anyone else or use it for any other purpose.

When you write to us about one of our products using one of the email links elsewhere on this site (on the Zana, Lenda or Scalebar pages, for example), it opens in your own email program and only reaches us if you choose to send it. Nothing is stored beyond what lands in our inbox.

When you book a call through our calendar link, Google collects the details needed to schedule that call (your name, email, and anything you add to the booking). That booking lives in our Google Calendar.

If you accept cookies (see below), we use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what kind of device. This is aggregate information. It does not identify you by name.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set, and the signal we send to Google tells it not to use anything for analytics. Google's tag can still make a basic, cookieless connection in the background, the way most sites built on common web tools do, but it is not used to analyze your visit or identify you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run retargeting ads. We do not use any third party to process your information. Everything runs through our own Google Workspace account.

Where your information lives

• Contact form submissions: in a private Google Sheet we use to track enquiries, plus an email notification.
• Emails you send us directly: in our Google Workspace inbox (hello@kuwaadvisory.com).
• Call bookings: in Google Calendar.
• Analytics (only if you accept cookies): in Google Analytics.
• This website itself: hosted on Netlify, and the code that runs it is on GitHub. Neither stores your personal information; they serve the pages you see.

Cookies

We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and that choice takes effect immediately, not on your next visit.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by writing to hello@kuwaadvisory.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not reduce your rights under an earlier version without telling you.
